    Wet-blue and crust hides are graded on thickness, scars and loose grain before they enter production.

    Re-tanning & Dyeing

    European finishing chemicals with computer-matched recipes for repeatable shade accuracy.

    Finishing & Embossing

    Roller coating, spray finishing and plate embossing tuned per series.

  4. 04

    Final Inspection & Rolling

    Rub fastness, tear strength and shade are checked against the approved sample before packing.
